Solutions
• Improvement of Current System :Developed Food on Track app and created a better web-app to ensure accessibility for consumers. Developed features like PNR auto-pasting, minimal data usage, and quick load times in the customer application to enhance user experience.
• Empowered Vendors :With insights and dashboards to help them better their business and the service they provide. integrated a sophisticated real-time order tracking system using NTES data, ensuring accurate delivery timings

• Improvement Services :Data Analytics helped us to know the best cutoff times ensuring operational excellence even during peak hours
• Highest Rated Food Delivery App in India : Food on Track become the highest rated food delivery app in India
• More Coverage :The improvements brought in a lot of coverage from different channels, media, and influencers
This was a difficult task as the app design had to be such that it was easily accessible to users with limited digital literacy, and in remote locations without strong network.
