Our Story
2013 - Early Focus
Ipsator focuses on omnichannel feedback and data analysis using AI/ML, including sentiment analysis and NPS assessments, to gain customer insights.
Notable clients include Levi's and IRCTC. The model faced challenges with retention.
2017 - Pivoting to Services
Shifted to a services model, starting with building and running the IRCTC eCatering platform.
Efforts were dedicated to enhancing and scaling this platform.
2020 - Adapting to Change
The COVID-19 pandemic halted train travel, impacting eCatering revenue.
Formed a key partnership with eGov Foundation, developing the DIGIT platform for public sector digitalisation.
2021 - 2023 (Expansion and New Ventures)
EnY Project (2021):
Extracted tender information from state government websites, showcasing data handling skills.
Heliyatra Platform (2023):
Managed helicopter bookings for Kedarnath, monitored by the PMO, CMO, and IRCTC, demonstrating capability in high-stakes projects.
2024 - Certifications and Standards
ISO 27001 Certification (March 2024):
Achieved ISO 27001 certification, showing commitment to information security.
ISO 9001 and 20000-1 Certifications (May 2024):
